Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

Service Overview
ElevateUCard™ allows users to create and share digital business cards. The Service enables the collection and sharing of contact information, social media links, and other relevant business details for networking and professional purposes.

Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Use of Service
You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

- Impersonate any person or entity;

- Use the Service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications;

- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service or its associated networks;

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service.

User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service, including but not limited to business card information, logos, and personal data ('User Content'). By using the Service, you grant ElevateUCard™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and share your User Content as necessary to provide the Service.

Opt-In Consent for Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from ElevateUCard™ via email and text message. These communications may include updates, promotional offers, and important information regarding our services.

By opting in, you acknowledge that:

- Standard message and data rates may apply for text messages.

- You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link in any of our emails.

- You may opt out of text message communications by replying 'STOP' to any text message you receive from us.

- Your consent to receive these communications is not a condition of purchase.

Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy
ElevateUCard™ offers a 7-day refund policy starting from the date your digital business card service is delivered. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within this 7-day period. To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@elevateucard.com with your order details. Refund requests made after the 7-day window will not be honored. The refund will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10-14 business days to appear in your account.

Termination
ElevateUCard™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided in the Service.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElevateUCard™ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from your use of the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting us. If a resolution cannot be reached, any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Florida.

Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
